Christmas 2011

We had a great Christmas this year.  Santa was nice to all of us and we were able to enjoy the holiday with Kayden's Great Aunt and Uncle from CA.  It was a lot of fun having them up here to help us celebrate.  Kayden loved having his Uncle Charlie around.

Now when we go over to Nini's house, we walk in and Kayden is asking for Uncle Charlie.  It is too cute.

We spent Christmas Eve at my parents house.  We had a nice time.  Kayden had a blast opening presents, I think he finally got the idea this year.  And of course he was way spoiled with all the gifts!  Here are some fun pictures of our time at my parents house.
Niece, Katie, 7 years old

Nephew, Collin, 15 months old

Niece, Ashlie, 4 years old and sister to Collin

Next we have some pictures of Christmas morning at our house.  Kyle and I were hoping that Kayden would sleep in a bit since he was up late the night before and had a long day full of excitement, but no such luck, he was up at 5:15.  We were still able to enjoy our Christmas morning though.  It didn't feel so early when we were watching Kayden open everything Santa brought him.

Once we opened presents, we decided to make a pancake breakfast, so we invited Kyle's Uncle Charlie and Dad over.  We invited Cindy and Aunt Sissy too, but they were busy goofing off at home!  LOL.  We headed over to Jim and Cindy's around 10 and enjoyed every minute of our Christmas.  We chatted, ate, opened gifts, played, the boys played poker while us girls relaxed.  Kayden was so awesome that day, he was in a good mood and didn't have any meltdowns until around 7, which was to be expected considering he got up early and only had about a 45 min nap that day.  Overall it was a pretty successful day!  Here are pictures of our Christmas!

Christmas came and went so fast this year.  Kyle's aunt and uncle were only in town from Sat to Mon, so the day after Christmas it was time to say good bye.  Here are some cute pictures from that morning.

We really hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas as much as we did.
